OSG-Prothese bei Z.n. Arthrodese
Hier wird kurz die operative Möglichkeit der Therapie einer OSG Prothese gezeigt:
Weibl. Patientin, 68 Jahre, 124 kg
Anamnese: Z.n. beidseitiger OSG A ́dese, Fusion re. 1999, wegen 4° subtalarer Arthrose Fusionsversuch 1/06, bei Adipositas per magna, anhaltende Schmerzen re. Fuss, Wegstrecke < 100 m, kann nur mit Hilfe aus einem Stuhl aufstehen, Gonarthrose bds.
OSG ap
Schmerzhafte, fehlgeschlagene Arthrodese
Therapie
Therapie: 02/07 ME OSG, Desarthrodisierung des OSG, Implantation zementfreie OSG Prothese Hintegra, IK-Osteosynthese und Rea ́dese des USG mit Spongiosaplastik.
