Die Besonderheit der menschlichen Hand besteht darin, dass der Daumen den \u00fcbrigen Fingern gegen\u00fcbergestellt &#8211; opponiert &#8211; werden kann. Die Hand setzt sich aus einem kn\u00f6chernen Ger\u00fcst mit stabilisierenden B\u00e4ndern, einem Muskulatur- und Sehnenapparat sowie Nerven und Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfen zusammen.<\/p>\n<p>Regional kann zwischen dem Handgelenk, der Handwurzel, der Mittelhand und den Fingern oder zwischen Handr\u00fccken und Hohlhand unterschieden werden. Aber auch ohne erkennbare Ursache (idiopathisch) kann sich ein Karpaltunnelsyndrom entwickeln.<\/p>\n<p>Die konservative Therapie umfasst die n\u00e4chtliche Ruhigstellung auf einer Handgelenkschiene. Zus\u00e4tzlich kann eine Spritze mit Cortison in den Nervenkanal verabreicht werden. Die operative Therapie besteht in der chirurgischen Spaltung eines Bandes, welches das \u201eDach\u201c des Nervenkanals bildet. Bei st\u00f6renden Einschr\u00e4nkungen der Hand oder Finger ist oft eine Operation die sinnvollste Ma\u00dfnahme.<\/p>\n<p>Ganglien sind h\u00e4ufige gutartige Geschwulstbildungen an der Hand, welche optisch st\u00f6rend sind, aber auch Schmerzen verursachen k\u00f6nnen. Es kann die Geschwulst punktiert oder operativ entfernt werden.<\/p>\n<p>Das Enchondrom ist der h\u00e4ufigste gutartige Tumor am Skelettsystem der Hand.
