Es gibt Prothesenwechsel, die mit verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig wenig Aufwand durchzuf\u00fchren sind und nicht mehr Zeit ben\u00f6tigen, als eine Erstimplantation einer Knietotalprothese. Danach wird die Knochenoberfl\u00e4che ges\u00e4ubert und nochmals mit S\u00e4gebl\u00f6cken nachgeschnitten. Knochendefekte werden je nach Gr\u00f6\u00dfe und Lokalisation mit Knochenzement, k\u00f6rpereigenem oder Spenderknochen oder auch Metallkeilen aufgef\u00fcllt.<\/p>\n<p>Bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Knochen- und damit meist einhergehenden Banddefekten m\u00fcssen die Gelenkfl\u00e4chen \u00fcber l\u00e4ngere Stiele verankert werden. Einfache Wechsel haben meist genau so gute Ergebnisse, wie Patienten mit einer Erstimplantation der Knietotalprothese.<br \/>\nBei den anderen Ausgangsituationen bestimmt oft das Ausma\u00df der postoperativen Weichteilreaktionen und Narbenbildung die Beweglichkeit und die Schmerzempfindung um das Kniegelenk herum.<\/p>\n<p>Oft muss eine etwas schlechtere Beweglichkeit in Kauf genommen werden. Auch das Hinknien bleibt oft etwas schmerzhaft.
