Es handelt sich hierbei um eine der h\u00e4ufigsten Formen der Arthrose des Menschen.<\/p>\n<p>In vielen F\u00e4llen kann keine Ursache f\u00fcr die Erkrankung ausfindig gemacht werden. Bei jedem Schritt entstehen enorme Druckkr\u00e4fte auf die k\u00fcnstliche Pfanne und den H\u00fcftkopf. In Laufe der Zeit wird die glatte PE-Oberfl\u00e4che aufgeraut und zunehmend abgerieben.<\/p>\n<p>Diese kleinen PE-Abrieb Partikel werden vom Organismus als Fremdk\u00f6rper angesehen und eine (Immun-)Abwehrreaktion in Gang gesetzt. Die angelockten Fresszellen sind jedoch nicht in der Lage, den Fremdk\u00f6rper &#8222;Polyethylen&#8220; abzubauen.
